Mark Workshop East (Mv Öst) is a department within the Mark Workshop Unit, which belongs to the Armestaben. We perform maintenance on the Armed Forces' ground equipment, air base equipment, and provide technical system support. This includes maintenance in the form of inspections, repairs, manufacturing, dismantling/scrapping, modifications, operational support, technical adaptation, and material investigation. The Mark Workshop Unit delivers services according to customer requirements.

Main Responsibilities
As a team coordinator, you will coordinate, lead, and distribute the daily work within the team based on the directives given by your immediate supervisor and existing management systems and routines. You are responsible for preparing and supporting the planning of production and reporting on completed maintenance production.
You will lead the employees in your team in their daily work, which mainly consists of repairs and maintenance of the Armed Forces' vehicles, but also other military equipment.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications
- You have at least a two- or three-year vocational education in vehicle technology, focusing on vehicles, or other education/competence acquired through work experience that the employer assesses as equivalent.
- Current experience in coordinating and leading tasks.
- A general technical understanding.
- Good knowledge of repairs and troubleshooting.
- Computer skills with knowledge of the MS Office suite, primarily Word and Excel.
- Class B driver's license.

Meritorious
- Experience working with the Armed Forces' equipment and vehicles.
- Experience in a supervisory role.
- Knowledge of the SAP business system.
- Experience working in LIFT.
Other
Employment form: permanent employment starting with a 6-month probationary period.
Employment rate: full-time, daytime.
Work location: Eksjö.
Start date: As soon as agreed.
The job also requires travel and service, both domestically and internationally.
The position is a civilian appointment.
